At around 7pm today while entertaining a friend who came over for a short visit, OtherHalf suddenly received a phone call from our manpower agency. OtherHalf, expecting to hear good news about our maid application then picked up the call .. and received a super shocking news.
Him : Sir, when are you going to pick up your maid?
OtherHalf : Whaaat ..?
Him : Your maid is here, sir.
OtherHalf : When did she arrived?
Him : Today at 3pm sir.
OtherHalf : What? Why didn't you inform me earlier? I am busy now, and my wife is also somewhere else. Can I pick her up tomorrow?
Him : No sir, she doesn't have anywhere to sleep tonight.
Bangang tak? Orang tu dah sampai kul 3pm, kul 7pm baru nak call? Grrr ...
So nak taknak I had to rush to the manpower agency to pick her up. Memanglah, after 3 months of waiting we are extremely thankful that she's finally here but the thing is, her room is not ready yet (takkanlah bagi dia duduk guestroom dengan katil king size kan!) and plus the house is still kelam kabut (I am in the midst of revamping the look of the house). Mana nak sorok jewelleries lagi, gambar2 lagi etc. Heiii .. tensyen!
So anyway, I went to pick her up and everything went smoothly. On the way home, I casually asked her, dah makan ker? Dia jawab belum. Alamak, terus blank, mana pulak nak bawak minah ni makan? Takkan bawak makan KFC kot?! Pikir punya pikir, I thought, takpelah .. she's new so sebagai menyambut kedatangan dia, I thought belikan lah dia Nasi Beriyani for dinner. Settle.
So now our main problem is solved but came another masalah. Am going back to M's14 soon, jadi mana pulak nak simpan minah ni? Takkan nak kasi duduk berdua-duaan dengan OtherHalf kot?!? Err, macam mana ni? Pening. Bolehke nak bawak balik M's14 without her RP etc? Nevermind, that's for me to find out .... Harap2 bolehlah.
Anyhow, I am grateful that she is finally here. At least I have someone to look after the house and iron our clothes. Let's just hope she doesn't buat perangai.

It's almost 11pm and I still can't go to sleep. I feel really uneasy having a stranger in the house. Hmmm ....

best la ada sudah maidmu..ndak paya kau penat2 kasi bersih rumah..pandai ka dia masak??
Masak macam ndak pandai .. tapi ndak kisahlah sebab 'Tuan' pun ndakmau makan masakan orang lain... Dia ni belum ada experience, jadi pening jugak mau train dia ni ...
